Register for Grade 8 Referee Class 3 day class for those who want to be a referee. You are not currently a referee.
- Go to FSR Website. (click here)
- Click on "Member Login to the Secure Server"
- Click on "Register for a Course"
- Click on "Courses I Can Register For"
- On the right side, you need to create a FSR account by filling in the information under the "NEW TO FSR" section.
- Click on "Courses I Can Register For"
- Type of Course - select "Referee"
- Course Catagory - select "Entry"
- Click on "register" for the class at CFCC in Lecanto
Register for Re-certification - Sunday, September 18, 2011 (course: C6-16-0911-R08)
- Central Florida Community College, 3800 S Lecanto Hwy, Lecanto FL
- 1pm - 4pm
- Need to complete your 5 hour online module
- Cost is $60 - you can send a check to Tony Miele or bring a check to the class
This is for those who were referee's last year and only need to recertifiy.

The 5 hour instructional time for the re-certification is 100% online.

You must complete the 5 hours of online training, then print completion form which you need to bring to the test.

You need to ENSURE your browser settings match those at the beginning of the online module. The example is for Internet Explorer 8.

YOU MUST COMPLETE THE 5 HOUR ONLINE TRAINING BEFORE YOU REGISTER FOR THE RECERT TEST.

Along with your online training completion form, it is advised your bring a printed copy of your registration to the class AND a copy of the receipt if you pay via PayPal.

Click on "Annual Re-certification" on the left hand side

Follow the instructions, then click on CLICK HERE on the FSR website.

Complete 5 hour online training

Register for test coming to a test center near you by following the instructions above for new referees. At step 8, where it says "ENTRY", you would use "RECERT", click on Filter, then click on REGISTER for the class you are choosing

Referee Information
- Review Referee's "Standards of Dress" (click here)
- "Game cards" will not be used by referees this year. All referees will be using USSF game reports, supplementary reports, and TARSA game reports for all games. More information will be given during training classes.
- Referee Directives - The ten (10) Directives are provided to assist in the management of games at the highest levels and, hence, are of interest not only to match officials but coaches and administrators as well.
